Information you choose to send
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. If you subscribe to the newsletter, Hostinger Reach receives your email address, signup time, consent status, and the technical information needed to protect the form from abuse. We use that information only to confirm and manage your subscription. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
Newsletter signup uses double opt-in. You are added to the mailing list only after you click the confirmation link sent to your address.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics 4 is available on this site to help us understand which pages, downloads, and tools are useful. It loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” We have disabled Google Signals and advertising-personalisation signals in the site configuration.
If allowed, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and process device, browser, approximate location, page, and interaction information. We do not send calculator values, email addresses, or form contents to analytics.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your analytics choice in local storage so it can remember whether you allowed or declined optional analytics. This preference is necessary to respect your choice. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie choices” button in the footer.
Service providers
- Hostinger provides domain, hosting, email, and the Reach newsletter signup and delivery service. Reach also uses Cloudflare protection to block spam submissions.
- Google provides Analytics when you consent to its use.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Data may be processed outside the UK with the safeguards used by the relevant provider.
Why we process information

- With your consent, to measure use and improve pages and tools.
Retention and sharing
We keep correspondence only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or security. Newsletter subscription records are kept while you remain subscribed and for a limited period afterwards when needed to honour an unsubscribe request or demonstrate consent. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it where required by law or to providers needed to operate the service.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Email us to make a request. UK users can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office if they remain concerned.
