Useful first. Always.

This policy explains the quality standard behind Monthly Goals content and how we handle research, AI assistance, corrections, and higher-risk topics.

Our standard

Every page should solve one clear reader problem and leave the reader with a concrete next action. We prefer a worked example, checklist, calculator, template, or decision aid over padding a page to reach a word count.

Research and sources

Factual claims should be supported by primary or authoritative sources. We distinguish evidence from opinion, avoid invented statistics and testimonials, and link to relevant sources when a claim benefits from verification.

Writing and AI assistance

Drafting, research organisation, code, and quality checks may be assisted by AI. AI output is not treated as a source. Content must be reviewed for accuracy, usefulness, duplication, tone, accessibility, and unsupported claims before publication.

Financial, health, and wellbeing content

These topics receive extra scrutiny. Calculators explain their assumptions and limitations. Health and wellbeing pages stay educational and do not diagnose or prescribe. Readers should seek a qualified professional when their circumstances require individual advice.

Reviews and corrections

Material pages show a reviewed date. We revisit content when sources, tools, or reader needs change. To report a problem, email info@monthlygoals.com with the page URL and the issue you found.
